They will get A LOT faster: Our program is guaranteed to yield significant speed improvements throughout only 2 weeks. That's right- They'll learn mechanics and skills that will have an immediate improvement.
Better Nutrition: We'll be educating the athletes everyday on what to eat to feel and perform their best and also how live healthier lives... Don't be surprised if they start asking for more vegetables at home!
Confidence will skyrocket: Through daily leadership and confidence-building exercises, your kids will improve their leadership skills which will help them throughout their entire life.
They will get stronger! Your athletes will develop strength and muscle which will set them apart from the competition and help significantly in sports.

Dates: June 16-26th + July 14-24 + August 11-14th

Location: Gage Strength Training (325 Westtown Rd. Suite 17, West Chester, PA)

Days + Times: Monday-Thursday @ 1-3pm

Groups will be split into 9-11yrs and 12+
